Legal Liability
An amount of R3 000 000 covers
the following:
- All sums which the Insured or
co-insureds in his/her or their private capacity shall become legally liable to pay as
compensation..
- Accidental death or bodily
injury to or illness of any person OTHER than a person who is the
Insured/co-insureds or who is in the employment
of the Insured/co-insureds.
- Accidental physical loss of or
damage to tangible property OTHER than property belonging to or leased, let, rented, hired or lent to or
held in trust by or in the charge/custody of the Insured/co-insureds.
Cover on this
section is extended to include the following:
- Credit cards and/or credit vouchers
to a maximum of R2000.
- Veterinary expenses in respect
of domestic animals (dogs and cats ONLY), where injury is a result of a road accident, for a maximum amount of
R1000.
- Hole-In-One (NOT applicable in respect of
professional golfers!) for R1000.
